Okay so there is a home I'm interested in placing an agreement on, only thing is I have to go through a realtor. How exactly should I go about doing this? Any advice is appreciated thanks!

she ha the property under contract, and I have the buyer we agreed on a fee to be paid for me bring a buyer.

I was recently contacted by a woman who was interested in co-wholesaling a property with me. My question is how would I go about doing this with out her screwing me over on the deal? any advice would be very appreciated, thanks and have a blessed day!
