I'm new to real estate I'm 19 single child, I'm highly motivated to learn about the process of wholesale/flipping houses! I want to know the actual process! How to do it, step by step by step! I'm a very detailed person. Please help. I want to be a role model to others. I'm located in the Michigan area. I want to link up with someone I can have one on one talk with.

Have you listened to the BP podcasts? There are a ton of them from Wholesalers and Flippers alike. I would start with that. BP also has some nice resources under the "Learn" tab including a guide to wholesaling. Once you have more specific questions post to the forums. This community is about as helpful as you can get. Guru classes are also available just about anywhere. Be careful though it is not as easy as they make it sound.

@JalenThompson

It is a beautiful thing to see a young person truly interested in REI. I wish I was interested in REI at the age of 19. My first question is "WHY"? Why do you want to get in this business so bad? All I can say is make sure you surround yourself with some good people and a mentor that you can learn from. Also seek out a company to work for that is doing exactly what you are wanting to do. Just like someone else stated, read, read, read everything possible about REI. Remember that you will need to have clear and concise goals in this business. At some point through this process, you will get discouraged, but remember your "WHY" for wanting to get involved in REI. JUST REMEMBER THIS, AS YOU GROW AND START DOING LOTS OF DEALS, MAKE SURE YOU REACH BACK AND HELP ANOTHER YOUNG PERSON OR THREE WITH GETTING STARTED IN THIS BUSINESS.

MANY BLESSINGS IN YOUR ENDEAVOR.
