Did some rehab work with this company and didn't get paid for the job I completed. I own 3 rentals in Montgomery that I remodeled. With some down time I did some rehab work with Rob Fuller Property. Call him and explained the problem and was blown off, I guess to big to take care of this small problem for him. Worked with one of his people ( Josh Roberts) not professional at all. Never does what he say he will do. People who work for you are a reflection of your company. This is why I'm using this platform to let folks know the good and the bad. I have to go thru the legal process, demand letter and filing a Mechanics lien. Is this worth (2,800) what they owe me to this company that has 500 or so rental property or is how the make a profit.

That was almost 6 months ago.

Have an open claim, they are not responding to email or phone calls. My claim was made the end of January. Call the claims person and the phone always goes to voice mail. Had roof and water damage, did a quick fix to stop more damage. The independent agent want me to provide proof that I fixed the damage roof. Told me to provide photos of the tree limb that damage the roof. The agent that came out to take photos of the damage, I thought he did all of that. We shall see what happens..

Had a problem like that before, my house was appraised and I used a different lender. The first appraisal was in another lender name. I called the appraiser to change the name so I can go thru with the loan. She wanted to charge me 500 dollars to use another name. The end result was my agent was cool enough to split it with me. Now that's some B.S.

There is a company called AFS in Alabama, you can check out there web site and get an ideal how this can be fixed. Maybe there's a company in Texas that does the same work.
