So, when you get your license, you can honestly say "I've been in the real estate business for XX years".  I never had a client ask how long I had a license when I started, some ask how long have you been in the business or an agent? Refer to the quote. Start killing them with your knowledge of the area, services you offer, agents you know as a team approach, etc.

Yes, I would work with a brand new agent, in fact, would prefer to in some cases, because I can train them!  You should also target seasoned investors, not newbies as 2 newbies may not be a good combination. You do need to be selective with who you tie up with or you'll be spinning your wheels.

You know more about RE than 90% of the people walking the streets, you'll demonstrate that passing your test. Go get'em!!!!  :)
