Hi All,

I'm relatively new to Real estate investments and am looking for any tips or strategies for success. I've been dealing in the NJ area but am interested in other markets where I am able to get more bang for my buck. Heard about places like Toledo, OH where the returns are very attractive. Any people out there currently investing in the area? Any tips are greatly appreciated. Also any other locations worth looking into?

@Altaf H.Be sure to give these forums a good search, lots of discussion topics on Toledo and other areas with huge value - surely more than you'll garner from a new post.

Toledo is a great market for the right investor.  It's not a get rich quick game and can be a nightmare if you misstep.
