Seems like a general question but heres my situation: refinanced house, took 60k out, no more student loans/car/cc debt. Live in san diego and Im interested in buy and hold but Im not opposed to other ideas, what would fellow bp'r do?  Thanks in advance and Im excited to have found BP.
