Hi Juan,

I have been a landlord for 10 years and I have found my time is better spent looking for my next deal, or with my family.

I have recently found a great property management company. And best of all they do not charge 10% which is typical. For those looking for a professional company, low fees, vetted vendors who will find an fill your unit quick check them out. If your property is vacant they do not earn anything, so they work to fill it with a great tenant.

If anyone in the DFW market needs them, check out http://dallas.renterswarehouse.com and tell them Aaron McKinley sent you. Or message me directly. I am also an agent who works with them.

Best of luck,

Aaron
