Buyers List

Dolores Ruiz
Posted

I am new to investing and Have been told to start with Wholesaling...I am taking courses and learning the nuts and bolts of Wholesaling...My question is how do I create my Buyers List so when I have a property I could go and find a buyer to wholesale to....I have some ideas like placing an ad in the paper for ex: "Investors needed to buy Whole sale properties etc." Looking at the ads on sunday paper for investor looking to buy, reia groups. Any other ways...Your assistance will be appreciated I am really motivated to get started anyother things to keep in mind?

I would not waste money on running ads. Just call the ads that are there as others have suggested. REIA meetings also work. Use MeetUp to see if there are investment groups that are in other areas of investing. Also consider posting something to Craigslist or other free services.
