I agree with bryan. Do not get hung up on all this mumbo jumbo about marketing. & LLC's etc. 3 most important steps to getting started in landlording.

step one. Gather up as much money as possible.

step two. Buy a house to rent out that you will cash flow on

step three. Repeat steps one & two.
