Hello BP friends....I'm a newbie located in Chicago,Illinois and have been reading up on wholesaling. The question I have is this a good strategy and honestly what kind of money can be made, because I eventually want to re-habb?

You can make some serious money wholesaling. I made $45k on 3 wholesale deals. I have wholesaled and rehabbed and am starting to lean more towards wholesaling. It is less stressful and you get your money quick and dont have to deal with the headache of rehabbing a house.
