Hello BP family....I need any tips or advice on funding the much needed rehab on a multi family (4unit) owned free and clear with an arv around 400k. Retiree with social security income with a middle credit score around 640. Building maybe classified as commercial because it has a legal unit in basement.

I have experience doing rehabs..not looking to sell at all. Wanna keep it for income..

I recently inherited a 4-unit apartment building free and clear. The property needs to be renovated to achieve maxium cash flow. My credit is not good...any advice would be appreciated.
