Hey Kyle, for starters, connect with local investors through REI meetings, social media and investor-focused agents. Your main responsibility is finding deals and matching them with buyers, requiring marketing and sales proficiency. Create an email list, showcase deals on social media and learn to crunch numbers and understand market dynamics for tailored approaches. Additionally, you should master negotiation with sellers by learning repair costs, determining ARV, and crafting win-win offers.

Lastly, wholesaling is a fast-paced and high-volume business. Master these steps, stay organized and keep track of your deals and contacts. Hope this helps!
