Alternative to finding vacant land owners phone numbers.

I was wondering if there is any other alternative to finding vacant landowners phone numbers other than paying for a skip tracing service?

Use your city or county property tax GIS system.   Their name and address will be there.   Look at the bottom and there other properties will be listed there.!!
