Hello!

Does any know of any real estate investment clubs in or near the San Diego area that are focused on long-distance real estate investments? I am intersted in long-distance fix and flips. Thank you in advance!

SDCIA has a monthly subgroup with subject of out of state investing unfortunately it was yesterday for this month.  I have never gone because investing in San Diego has been very lucrative but I used to go to their monthly Multi Family meet up which was good and well attended.  I think SDCIA is a class group so I would expect their out of state investing group to be a very good meet up.  

Seeing that I am looking for an STR in Emerald Coast, maybe I should consider going to the SDCIA OOS Investing meet up group.
