Looking to Build Central Texas Network

Hey everyone! I wanted to take a moment to introduce myself properly. I'm Cade Ruthardt, and I've been a member of BP for about four years now. My real estate adventure kicked off in the Texas Panhandle, where I dove into the world of creative financing for almost all my property purchases – minus one traditional purchase that I used bank financing on, then house-hacked!

As fate would have it, I've recently put down new roots in the vibrant city of San Marcos, TX, and I'm excited to expand my network in this area. After spending four years maneuvering through the twists and turns of real estate, I've learned that a network is more valuable than gold – it's all about who you know. But I won't lie, this move has thrown me a curveball. It's like hitting the reset button, and I'm feeling the thrill and challenge all over again.

With that being said, if you're a part of the real estate landscape in Austin, San Marcos, San Antonio, Kyle, Buda, New Braunfels, or surrounding areas, I warmly extend an invitation to connect. Let's embark on this journey together, pool our insights, and collaboratively create a network that thrives on shared goals and shared growth.

Looking forward to forging new connections!

@Cade Ruthardt I'd be happy to connect on a call or coffee. Lived in Austin for 32 years and invest in a few central Texas markets. Welcome "down" to central Texas!

I'm a real estate investor just moved to Austin 2 days ago. I'm looking for an agent in the area. My interests are RV and mobile home parks.
