Recommendations to a Newbie

Hi, my name is Carlos. I just finished reading Rich Dad Poor Dad and decided to start my journey in to Real Estate. I’m a newbie, I wanna start educated myself in the next months before start looking for my first property.

I will like to know what books, podcasts, and videos you all can recommend me. I already bought one of Brandon Turner’s book. And if you have some piece of advice it would be welcome.

Hi Carlos, Rich Dad Poor Dad is such a good read!! For your first real estate investment property, I recommend that you look into Columbus Ohio and as someone who works with a lot of out of state investors - there's so many catalysts for why you should invest here. Specifically, there's job growth (Intel, Honda, Amazon, Nationwide, etc) and the population is growing (unlike Cleveland or Cincy). I really see Columbus Ohio as an extremely safe bet for the next 10-20 years. Plus, there's still so many positive cash flowing and 1% deals here in Columbus Ohio.
