I heard recently about DSCR loan's. What's your opinions about this type of loans? Should I consider using this loans?

My partner and I decided to start investing in Real Estate but right now we live renting in Riverview, FL and we do not owned a house.

I told her that we should start buying a multifamily and do house hacking for one or two years and then buy our primary home and rent the whole multifamily.

Is that a good idea? Or should I stay living in rent and rent the multifamily from the begging? What advice can you all give so we can start?

Hi, my name is Carlos. I just finished reading Rich Dad Poor Dad and decided to start my journey in to Real Estate. I’m a newbie, I wanna start educated myself in the next months before start looking for my first property.

I will like to know what books, podcasts, and videos you all can recommend me. I already bought one of Brandon Turner’s book. And if you have some piece of advice it would be welcome.
