Seeking Connections: Building Relationships in Columbus, Ohio

Hey BiggerPockets Community!

I've been a dedicated consumer of BiggerPockets content and podcasts for years, soaking up knowledge and inspiration. However, I've never taken action until now. Living in Los Angeles, I've realized that affordability is a major hurdle here. So, I've set my sights on investing in Columbus, Ohio. My plan is to create a mid-term rental specifically for traveling nurses.

Before reaching out to real estate agents, I aim to secure preapproval from a lender. I'm eager to connect with fellow investors, learn from your experiences, and build valuable connections.
