What’s the first step? How do I get started.

Hello, I’m looking for any advice on how to get started flipping houses.  I found a couple homes to be auctioned off but have no idea on what the first step would be or what to look for.  I have no experience, low credit, and no money to invest. I see ads all the time about investing with no money or credit but don’t understand how that can be.  Also, would like to know how to find a mentor to show me step by step on how to find and flip.  Any advice is greatly appreciated.  Thanks,

Going to be honest with you, with you having low credit and no money you should NOT. Flipping properties is not easy like it might seem. There are plenty of things to go wrong and it gets expensive fast. You need to 1) Build your credit up and work on being responsible with money 2) You need a financial foundation and have money saved. There are ways to invest with low income but it does not seem like you are able to now. Not a bad thing just need to work on some things and once you get a better base then go for it. Ideally house hacking is great, would be a easier step to get into it.
