Turnkeys for Newbies

Hi all, are turnkeys good starter investments? I have no experience in real estate investments and not much money at this point. While Id like to get into mobile home parks eventually, I don't have the money right now and am thinking turnkeys might be a good way to get my feet wet. Id like to use them as short-term rentals but don't know if thats possible.

Turnkey homes are the best way to get started in my opinion. Much less stress and gets your feet wet.
