Long Term Strategy: Cash Flow vs. Equity
Which REI strategy will truly benefit you as an investor in the long run? Purchasing properties strictly for cash flow? Or purchasing properties that produce a small amount of cash flow monthly and a significant amount of equity built over time?

Yes to both. This post has been debated thousands of times and the cash flow investors never convince the value investors and vice versa. I do both....and always add value.
