Experienced flippers between Milwaukee and Chicago?

I’m starting from scratch in the Zion, IL/Kenosha, WI area and looking for someone with experience in the area I can learn from/partner with. 
I’ve never flipped before but have 20+ years as a job site superintendent and some remodel experience.

Hey Jody - I live in Beach Park, and am dual licensed.  We have both rentals & have done about 8 flips now.  Happy to meet up for a cup of coffee and talk through it with you.  Racine and west Keno are really interesting areas right now (as is Zion and even Wadsworth area if you can find the right deal)
