thanks everyone. i ended up just getting a refund.

it did have valuable info but that was before i came here to bigger pockets and im starting to catch on to the guru gigs after asking questions like this other proclaimed gurus seem to try and show their rich dad version. ive concluded this website with a few others is good.

i do like how everything is in order but dont feel its worth it to me as i can get the same information on here. 

Hi I'm new to this site and everything about real estate and was wondering where I can get access to learn how to build a proper profile and if there's tools offered on this for building them and financial statements and things of that nature. 

I signed up for 5 payments of 99 bucks  for 500 total with Rick dad poor dad blueprint course has tons of information but I like the worksheets and legal papers you have access to and comes with 6 live webinars to have a chance and speak. I bought yesterday and found this today.

I Have a 30 day return on it. I like the podcast he does and the blueprint how it's step by step and organized. 

just wondering thoughts I wouldn't pay anything more from there like there coaching ect... I'd rather find one via biggerpockets or other outsourcing 

I'm also starting to read the beginner guide on here and threw se extra caution on the gurus also said I had 15 min to lock in the special yet I've gotten 3 spam emails a day later after there supposed limit time offer so red flags going off. I am learning but seems like I can get all that from here. Just wondering if there's a process to follow on here step by step for 1st time investors.

any input or advice is much appreciated

I'm totally new to this market. I bought the rich dad poor dad blueprint for 99 a month total of 5 payments. and was wondering thoughts on that? Just purchased yesterday. So far I've learned allot and the forms are helpful but then found this site biggerpockets today and I'm just amazed with the community.

2 yr ago I became disabled and lost everything. Currently living with a family member it got that bad along with my credit shooting to 497 from all the medical bills. Pretty much all liabilities and no assets so outcome was bad. Finally getting last surgery tmr (2nd hip replacement) actually and will have my ability to walk back and be able to start working. And was gonna start a ride company. But last weeks I've been learning about real estate and I've grown a motivation, passion for it. And I know this is what I want to do.  So im starting with little money and poor credit. soon as I'm healed I'm building credit again and will be able to save for assets. I'm more than motivated to make this work no matter what my circumstances are.

any advice or if anyone has time to talk a bit I'd love to hear anything. Tips on seller financing as I have some work to do before any bank will probably loan. No cc debt or anything like that just ambulance and hospitals. really just everything and anything anyone would be willing to share id be so greatful. I'm a new born to this and know nothing besides what I'm taking in and would appreciate anything. Rich dad poor dad has been helpful but after seeing this website wondering if that was a poor investment. I am learning allot and like detailed step by step is for making your 1st asset purchase even with little to money with poor credit. Pretty much I just want to build a better life and create and build assets to be financially free
