Realtor interview questions

Aaron Svacha
Posted

Hi All! Rookie here...

What questions do you like to ask when you're interviewing realtors?

I'm interviewing realtors to help me find BRRRR deals to use as short term rentals.

Thanks,
Aaron

@Aaron Svacha The number one question you should always ask is "do they invest themselves?" You definitely want your investor focused agent to be an investor themselves so they understand the game and how's its played. Personally, I like for all of my network to be investors such as my CPA, contractors etc when I have the choice. It makes a huge difference in regards to shared expectations.
