Property Management/Maintenance
Hi everyone,
I'm trying to solve a question about Property Management. I understand that I need to either hire a broker or be a broker to manage finances within property management in the state of Pennsylvania. However, if I am in no way dealing with finances, do I still need to have a broker of record? My goal is to manage all maintenance requests only.
I work with a realtor who sells to investors. They will take care of sales, lease negotiations, background check, security depsits, etc. Our company will manage maintenance requests only.
Is that possible?
Thank you everyone, in advance, for your responses. Would love to get this solved.

Hey Tj Hock - yeah, I charged like $50 per unit, per month generally and cover an hour or two (depending on the location and property) of labor, plus answer phone calls so the landlord doesn't have to be bothered with little things. I could actually see someone making a pretty profitable business off this. I mean, there is "pre-paid legal" so why not pre-paid maintenance?
