I want some more real estate books. Any suggestions please let me know. Bought a triplex and flip a house already so I'm definitely learning by doing. However I feel like there are also some things I can pull from a good ol book.

Hey @Diante Lawrence - There are tons of great books out there and reading is an awesome way to pick up ideas (or help spur new ones).  Here are a couple I really enjoyed:

Commercial Mortgages 101 (about commercial mortgages)
Rookie Smarts (business book, about staying hungry and motivating others)
Sam Walton - Made in America (about starting and growing a highly successful business)

@Diante Lawrence

You should start by reading The Book on Rental Property Investing by Brandon Turner and The Book on Flipping Houses by J. Scott.  Both of which are extremely helpful, and not just because they're BP books.

Some more books:

The Millionaire Real Estate Investor

What Every Real Estate Investor Needs to Know About Cash Flow

Rich Dad, Poor Dad (not quite a real estate book, but very good)

Just finished "The Go-Giver". Along the lines of The One Minute Manager. Great business book, with a great story, and takeaways.

In terms of Real Estate business and long term business planning, I actually started a thread of book recommendations about this awhile back.

I love Grant Cardone. His books audios are super motivating and really push me forward. Aside from that EMyth for real estate investors what a really good read if you haven't read it yet.
