Flip Flops & Travel
My goal when I got into real estate was to be able to wear flip flops every day, wake up whenever I want, and be able to travel.

If Not Now, When?
I've been back and forth on the right time to do it, but I have the ability to do it now.
AND IF NOT NOW WHEN?
IS THERE EVER A PERFECT TIME?
HOW MANY PEOPLE HAVE YOU HEARD MOANING ABOUT HOW THEY REGRET CHASING THEIRE DREAMS OR TRAVELING THE WORLD? (instead of talking about it)

Thanks Everyone!
So I'm wrapping things up now to do it. I have a lot of great people that help me run my properties, awesome partners that are totally supportive of the transition, and a lot of great people in real estate, at local networking events, and here on BP, who helped me along the way. THANK YOU TO EVERYONE! I'm fortunate to have been able to achieve some of my major life goals (at 31!). But I didn't start with much of anything except some knowledge and a "pocket full of dreams" (along with some careful due diligence), so I think anyone can do it, with enough determination, patience, and timing (and a little luck). Go make it happen!

Postponing Next Summit
For these reasons, I will be delaying organizing the 2nd San Francisco Real Estate Networking Summit until the market cools off and there are more plentiful deals available, when I will get back to day-to-day real estate activities (and won't be as active on BP until then). In the mean time, keep an eye on the market (creeping towards a bubble in some of the SF Bay Area..), and carry an umbrella - 'cause it will rain some day!

J,

Hmm...Going to bed whenever you feel like and waking up whenever you want, I loooove the sound of that. Traveling around the world in flip flops? One can only imagine. The sound of the wave crashing. Eating all kinds of exotic street food. Well, you don't want to know what you're eating. Just close your eyes, eat and enjoy. Waking up to a blue sky. Wait, you're in China. There's no blue sky. LOL! Scratch out that idea.

Congrats bud. Just remember that getting ripped off in the third world countries is part of the journey. Don't forget to come home because you're having too much fun abroad. After all, there is no place like home. Enjoy.

Cheers.
