ADU in Cleveland, OH

I've been trying to research this, but haven't been able to find any articles or post regarding it. I know Lakewood was considering this an option, but does anyone know if ADU's are allowed in Cleveland? I currently have a 3.5 car garage space that I'm looking to convert if possible.

Thank you @Kevin Sobilo .  I'm looking at my local zoning and it's stating 2F (2 Family).  I wonder how hard it would be to request a change into a Multi Family, since I also have an renovated 3rd floor with a separate entrance.

You'll need two forms of egress to get it legal. Typically with the cost of the Cleveland market being what it is, it's often a better use of your funds to just buy another property. These kinds of things are only economical in locations where the cost of the dirt is through the roof, IE NYC, LA etc...
