Ownership of a Business
What "Formation" do I need to use for -my company- to be "taxed separately" from myself?

The entity type doesn't always result in separate taxation. e.g. an LLC can be a pass through entity directly to your own tax returns, or not depending on the structure.
Another consideration will be what business are you in and what structure is best for that business? LLC taxed as an S-corp? etc.
Why specifically are you trying to set up something to tax your business income separately? Is it just because you think you should or is there some compelling reason you need to do so?
