@Jaycee Greene - Thank you for following up! My primary focus is on properties in Miami and the surrounding areas, including Homestead, as I’m familiar with the market here. However, I’m open to exploring opportunities in other cities or markets if the numbers make sense and align with my investment goals.

If you know of any deals or markets worth considering or maybe even a deal lines up, I would love to know of it!

@Jaycee Greene - Thank you for reaching out and for your question! I’m currently targeting properties in the $200K–$500K range, depending on the location and potential cash flow. While I’m open to both turn-key and fixer-upper properties, my preference leans slightly toward value-add opportunities where I can improve the property and increase equity or cash flow.

That said, I’m also happy to consider turn-key options that provide immediate cash flow if they fit within my investment strategy. Flexibility is key for me as I navigate opportunities and continue learning.

I’d love to hear any advice you might have or discuss potential opportunities if you’re working on something similar. Thanks again!

@Ken M. Hmm. Thanks. Need to know knowledge. Honestly, I've joined a few guru's community (I paid for the memberships of coarse) but nothing happen. No deal(s) just insights & offers to obtain a premium membership that cost ten times the membership you already have (with monthly or annual dues). There's no way not to agree with you here & I appreciate your response.

@Matthew Drouin I haven't even dreamed of doing what I'm talking about but research the subject I've been brought to various YouTube video offer case studies & case analysis which would have me to believe deals can be done by lone individuals without any capital of their own being spent. Therefore this post but those numbers (thank you) eye opening.
