I was wondering what are common problems investors face or time consuming parts of the analysis that all of you do to conclude on whether to buy a property or not? (eg. finding reliable comparables, rent rates etc):)
Can anyone recommend a GOOD screening service that can be done relatively quickly and affordable online for new tenants. Preferably one that includes criminal, credit, rental history. Again thanks in advance!
