Attn: Full time REI"s, How many of you repeat Section 121

I am wondering how many of the full time REI's on here use the primary residence Section 121 exclusion on repeat. More specifically, all of you out there with families.

I am thinking it may be tough to constantly move with a family over and over again.  With that being said, the benefits of the tax free gain is an enormous benefit for primary home owners.

Do you use any loophole scenarios that makes life less stressful on your family?

Do any you think that this law will reverse back with limitations in the future? Or is this more likely a lifetime guarantee freebie from the IRS?
