Is it the industry standard with short term rentals for the property manager to be the legal owner of the listing(s), or is it the industry standard for the property owner to be the legal owner of the listing?

I had this thought as I was going through a listing. I just wanted to get everyone's opinion of how much is too much. Or not enough.Funday Sunday question! LOL!
