Hi @Bryan Noth Thank you SO much for taking a look! I really appreciate that. I am SO green with the analysis and trying to practice as much as possible. Been a Realtor for 6 years but just now understanding that I need to be investing like so many of my clients. I do not have a quote and was basing that off of Realtor.com (crazy I know). Very good points and tips and it is much appreciated! My next part of the question is how one would present this to a partner (for the financing portion) and what would the partner get out of it/what would be their cut/how do you sell it? So much to learn ;)
