The house is unoccupied & is owned by an LLC. I looked up the address of the LLC and it is NOT a legitimate address.

Can an LLC be registered under an illegitimate address? Is there anyway to look up an LLC owner?

Starting out into rental property business.....looking into possibly using Easyrent.com for my tenant screening and online rent collection.  Has anyone used them?  Good or bad experiences?   Thanks very much.
