Wholesaling

Any tips on where to start, what to learn, and what to do in becoming a wholesaler? I know wholesalers aren't many people's favorite, but I would greatly appreciate the help to start my real estate investing career

@Matheo Segovia

 Wholesalers aren't many peoples favorite, as you said, because most of them lack knowledge about what a real deal is. Spend a lot of time here on BP and read through the thousands of threads related to wholesaling.

The best advice I can give to a new wholesaler is to start by developing a business plan. Make a long list of ALL the questions you have, and find the answers. Many just run out and start putting properties under contract without knowing how to price repairs, write a contract, find a title company, ect.

Good luck!
