Does anyone have experience using Renters Warehouse for marketing and/or property maintenance? Curious to hear feedback from folks that use them to help manage their rentals.
I normally don't do carpeting in my rentals, but the new one I have doesn't lend itself to any other flooring. Who do you use for carpeting, purchase and install? It will be about 800 sq feet or so.
