Has anyone invested in San Angelo or Victoria, Texas before??
Both cities have their own unique economy, location, and housing market. They are both strong with their own major employes for their residents. Just curious, I want to use the BRRRR strategy on a property in one of the cities if it works out.
Victoria has its school district, UH of Victoria, various manufacturing warehouses, hospitals, and the completion of the I 69 interstate running right through it now.
San Angelo has a population of about 100,000 people, its school district, Angelo State University, Good Fellow AFB, its major hospitals plus its manufacturing warehouses.
