Just found out that condos in Las Vegas cannot get financed by banks (51%+ investment properties with no owner living there). Any suggestions on another financing option?

I don't live in Las Vegas...

Any advice on how I can get funding for my first investment property?  Seems like people don't want to deal with properties that are 50k or lower.  Any advice would be welcomed.

I know of Quest, but their fees seem high to me.
