I have decided toinvestments. Luxury 2bed 1bath condo in Arlington TX for the MTR investment strategy. I am interested in hosting Transplant patients,TNs ,Medical professionals, PHD STUDENT'S, working professionals etc.

Do you think it's a wise decision, this is my first investment.
