Hi! I am going to be adding StayFi to all of our properties this year. Curious if people have seen a big uptick in direct bookings/repeat customers since using it (or other email marketing software). 

 If i had a solo 401k and invested in a SFH as a investment property.Could you then rent out that SFH by the room(house hack) for better cash flow?is this possible?
