Do you have an AC guy service your unit regularly? How often and what does he do? Does he catch/prevent repairs before they happen?

What do you prefer for nice rentals?  Gas is better to cook with, but I think an elec range will stay cleaner/be easier to clean since it is just a flat glass surface.
