In Escrow. Appraiser/Assessor say built in 1985. City says 1950.
I am in a very unusual situation.Every other source (appraisal, assessor, all 5 previous MLS listings, online data,...) shows it being built in 1985. When I went to the city, they said there are no permits from 1985. ...
