Can't find property info with name or address on tax assessor

Hey BP family! I'm a newbie in Miami, FL trying to learn the wholesale side of investing. I've been searching properties on the property appraiser website and noticing that some properties don't show up when putting in the owners name or address. Is there a way around that to get info on the property?
