Hi all. Wondering how you go about evicting a tenant whose lease is set to expire. Do you just let them know that you will not be renewing their lease? Do you provide them with a copy of something?

Tenant provided their own notice to quit but is still living there.
The lease doesn't state a 30 day notice is given for Landlord to submit a notice to quit!
Can this tenant be evicted ASAP?
