Do You Take Before and After Photographs of the Property Prior to Move-In / Move-Out?

Just redoing my photos for one of my STRs and the guy suggested an overhead drone shot showing proximity to downtown and other landmarks. No extra charge to do it, so I may, but was wondering who else does this?
