Hello, I am looking to network with architects and general contractors. I want to get into real estate development.

Does anyone host any local meet-ups in the Boston or North Shore area? 

What are some good ways to find investment partners for the Los Angeles area (and real estate in general)? I'm assuming local meet ups and things of that nature. Any good suggestions???-David
