Can I legally not send out information to prospective tenants based on their email address?
For instance dabaddestbitch@ blah blah

How can people be ignorant enough to use those types of addresses for applications?

I have a member  emailing me properties to my personal email.  Keep in mind I'm not a colleague of his and I've never given this information out to other members.  Is this a violation or allowed
