Has anyone tried out Brad Sumroks Coaching he offers? I noticed he had a few different options to choose from. What were your experiences with using his program?

What app or website do you suggest to find owner info or property info? Zillow, realtor.com etc are good as well the county assessor but how can I contact property owners?

Would love to get your input on the best note buying course and raising private money course out there.
