To find owners info

What app or website do you suggest to find owner info or property info? Zillow, realtor.com etc are good as well the county assessor but how can I contact property owners?

If you have a list, you can submit this to a VA or skip tracing service like skip genie. However, if it's just one offs, you can find contact numbers for free through a few sites or just by googling their name and zip code. I've heard good things about Fast People Search and have had some success with White Pages.
